How long will it take to Fulfill my order after I checkout?

We fulfill your order within 4 hours from the time you place your order onsite. Once your Order is fulfilled on our site it is up to the manufacturer to rush process and ship your order. 

How long will it take to Process my order?

Order processing takes between 1 and 7 business days.  Here are the approximate processing times based on the shipping method you chose.

2 day ----------------Processing time = 1 business day

7 day Shipping --Processing Time = 1 to 7 business days

Free shipping ----Processing time = 1 to 7 business days

Processing time + Shipping time = Total order time

** This time estimation excludes weekends and holidays. During holidays, order processing time may take up to 14 days.


Will I Get Updates on My order while it Ships?

1. You’ll receive an order email confirmation immediately after placing your order to confirm your purchase.

2. Your shipping tracking number and other details about transit will be sent to you via email or phone as soon as your order is shipped out.

How long would I wait before receiving my item [Shipping Times]?

Currently, we are using USPS for shipping every order placed within the U.S.

For international orders, there are no specific shipping methods – shipping method will vary based on your shipping address and the most secure and the fastest method we can receive from the manufacturer. 

  • Free Shipping Transit time for orders with United States shipping address: 5 – 20 business days
  • Free Shipping Transit time for orders with international shipping address: 10 – 45 business days
  • 2 day Shipping Transit time for orders within the U.S.: 2 business days
  • 7 day Shipping Transit time for orders within the U.S.: 7 business days



Processing time + Shipping time = Total order time


**** We’d like to mention that there are unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances that can lead to postponement of shipping. These can include events like natural disaster, unfavorable weather conditions, holidays, etc. These circumstances may delay our carriers from arrive at your doorstep on time. And for this reason, we do not explicitly guarantee the exact delivery time.


How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order here.  Keep in mind that shipping info might be up to 3 days behind.  It is updated by USPS and we have little control over how fast they update the shipping info. You can receive the most current shipping info on our shipping page (link above)

What happens when my item goes missing?

If you order goes missing, we will reship it to you, free of charge or offer you a full refund; you decide. We ask that you allow a maximum of 30 days from the date of  shipping for all U.S. orders and 45 days for all international orders before you ask for a refund or a new product.

Why am I receiving one/some items when I ordered multiple items?

We are committed to reducing costs like high taxes and premiums. All in an effort to keep costs low for you. Sometimes your order comes from more than one fulfillment center. While we do our best to get your entire order to arrive on the same date, it is not always possible. You might receive several packages if you order multiple items. 

I placed an order but I have not received any email confirmation for my order. Is that a problem?

We would like you to check your email spam folder to see whether our order confirmation has been forwarded there. You should also double check that your email address is typed in correctly before placing an order. If you are certain that your email address was typed in correctly, and there’s no order confirmation email in your spam folder. You can always email our customer support team at We will respond within 1 to 5 hours.

Can I make changes to my order and shipping address?

We usually start processing orders the same day they are made. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at or over the phone, so we can make any needed changes.

If your order has already been shipped, we are not able to make shipping address changes.


What Happens If I ordered the wrong size/color/item?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item you can send it back to us for a full refund or exchange.  Please email your request for refund / exchange via email through our website.  This will be the fastest way to process your return.  Do not call in refund requests unless instructed to do so by our staff via email.  Start your refund / exchange request via our email

Email us the following information

  1. The first and last name of the original purchaser
  2. The order number or item(s) name(s) of your entire order

We will follow up within 1 to 5 hours during normal business hours to begin processing your order.
